Terms of Service

Rewind is a platform for artist pages, operated by HRDRV Inc. Each page is published by an artist (or their team) and hosted by us. HRDRV provides the software and hosting; the artist provides the content on their page.

There are three parties: you (a fan or visitor), the artist whose page you are on, and Rewind/HRDRV. When you submit information on an artist page — your name, email, Instagram handle, or a message — that information is shared with that artist and with Rewind/HRDRV. We ask for your explicit consent before you submit.

• Fan data may be used to contact fans about the artist's music and activity.
• Artists may not sell, rent, or trade fan lists.
• Artists may not send spam and must honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Artists must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable email and privacy laws.
• Artists may not add fan data to third-party lists without the fan's consent.

Comments are reviewed before they appear. We and the artist may remove anything that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, spam, or that impersonates someone else. Repeat abuse can result in a block.

Sending a booking, press, or general message does not create any agreement and does not guarantee a reply. Artists respond at their discretion.

Artists own their page content. You own the comments and messages you write; by submitting them you grant the artist and Rewind a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate them on the platform. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

We may suspend or remove a page or account that violates these terms. Artists may ask us to take their page down at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
