Privacy Policy

• Name and email address, when you submit a form.
• Instagram handle, if you choose to give it.
• Message text you write (messages, booking inquiries, comments).
• A consent record: the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, a hashed version of your IP address (we do not store raw IPs), and your browser user agent.
• Cookies used to remember a dismissed banner and to keep you logged in if you have an account.

So the artist can reply to you and send news about their music, so we can keep proof that you consented, and so we can prevent spam and abuse.

The specific artist whose page you submitted on, and Rewind/HRDRV Inc. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it with other artists.

We use service providers to run the platform: Lovable Cloud / Supabase for hosting and database storage, and an email provider for login links and notifications. They process data on our behalf only.

We keep your information while the artist page is active or until you ask us to delete it. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to show your consent was given, and then deleted.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or the unsubscribe page. You can request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing help@hrdrv.com. We honor requests within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the CCPA, GDPR, or similar laws — including the right to know what we hold, to have it deleted, to opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

Rewind is for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, email help@hrdrv.com and we will delete it.

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
